1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration on baji account or using any service on the platform, you automatically declare your acceptance of these terms. 2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on baji account and participate in any gaming or betting activity, the user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. At the time of account creation, the user personally declares that they meet the required age. If it is later proven that the user was below the required age, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be voided.

2.2 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

baji account currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Users must use a payment account registered in their own name — funds sent from a third party's account will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC must be completed on the account before submitting a withdrawal request.
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirements of that bonus must be fully met.
• You are asked to withdraw using the same method you used to deposit.
• Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional verification.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000 — and the wagering requirement for this bonus will be ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000. The bonus cannot be withdrawn before the full 25x wagering requirement is met.

5.2 General Terms for Other Bonuses

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, minimum deposit, and validity period.
• Activating a new bonus while another is active is generally not possible.
• A bonus can only be claimed once, unless the terms state otherwise.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be voided.

5.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive weekly cashback benefits. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week. A maximum of 0.3% applies at Bronze level, 0.5% at Silver level, and 0.8% at Gold level. Example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

baji account reserves the right to reject any bet automatically or by decision of its management. Bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds may be voided. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each market and game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are shown on the game or event page. Special limits may apply for VIP members.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games, including live casino, are operated through third-party game software providers. The rules for each game can be found within the game itself. The results of RNG (Random Number Generator) based games are entirely random and not predetermined.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

When betting on any cricket event, including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup, the rules of the event must be followed. If a match is suspended or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable sports rules. In live betting, odds may change due to internet delays.
